What is CEBA?
CEBA (the Center for Education Business & Arts) is a Downtown Shenandoah, Inc. Community Initiative.
CEBA is for you, your family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors to learn new skills, create new businesses, collaborate, enjoy special events, and so much more.
CEBA’s collaborative environment will help to revitalize our communities, fill empty storefronts, and create new jobs. CEBA will also generate visibility within Shenandoah attracting prospective patrons, artists, businesses, and visitors to stimulate local and regional economic development.
- "Ted and Jean Twardzik Memorial Kitchen" will provide a professional commercial kitchen for budding food and beverage entrepreneurs, home bakers, and cooks to produce their goods. It will also act as an extension to small restaurants that need more kitchen space to package and bottle their products for resale. Additionally, this space will offer culinary classes, educational programming, and demonstrations for community members.
- The OfficeSpace@CEBA is for individuals looking to provide business services, graphic design,
communications, technology-based businesses, consulting, publishing and other types of office-based businesses. - The Penn State Classroom@CEBA will offer a variety of educational programs for the entire community, including college-level courses, continuing education certificates, and entrepreneurial programming.
- The EventCenter@CEBA is a multipurpose room and provides versatile spaces for public and private events and performances. We can accommodate weddings, parties, business conferences, fundraisers, vendor shows, employer fairs, team building programs, and more. The beautiful event center features moveable tables and chairs, a catering kitchen, and neutral decor, allowing you to customize your special event.
