Demographic change is one of the least understood yet extremely important issues facing organizations today. The working-age population in the U.S. ranges between age 16 to 64. Each generation's experiences are different causing them to communicate differently. When you bridge that gap and understand these differences, it strengthens how we interact, collaborate and solve problems.
