Downtown Shenandoah, Inc., (DSI)  will continue to offer CEBA Connects 2021, complimentary virtual presentations. CEBA Connects feature a variety of relevant topics led by the area's most experienced business leaders and entrepreneurs. "Our goal is to spread the word about the Center for Education, Business and the Arts and all the helpful resources and programs the community center will offer. One way is to showcase local professionals and our community partners who graciously volunteer their time to share their expertise with others," said Susan Williams, executive director of DSI. "We invite everyone to register and attend. Simply register on the CEBA website and we'll email the Zoom link closer to the presentation date."

The mission of CEBA is to provide educational, artistic, recreational, and economic opportunities that create jobs, increase household income, build community, and enhance the quality of life in the Schuylkill County Region. CEBA will include a commercial kitchen, special event center with catering kitchen, Penn State Schuylkill classroom, coworking spaces, and more. "We expect to begin construction on the building in early 2022," said Williams. She explained that the presentations will continue to be virtual or held in different locations until CEBA opens. "

Two upcoming presentations are designed for small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and anyone interested in strengthening their skill set.
