Since 2021, Downtown Shenandoah, Inc.'s CEBA Connects presentations have covered topics ranging from leadership to marketing, and folk art to healthier lifestyles. DSI is honored to host presentations, many complimentary, that are led by local experts and business professionals. Moving into 2024, more skill-strengthening topics are planned. Many will feature collaborations with community friends and partners. "We look forward to both virtual and live presentations that connect our community," said Susan Williams, Executive Director for DSI. "It's exciting for us to broaden our reach and share platforms so everyone can learn and grow together." Two presentations are scheduled for January 2024.

Demographic change is one of the least understood yet extremely important issues facing organizations today. The working-age population in the U.S. ranges between ages 16 to 64. Each generation's experiences are different causing them to communicate differently. When you bridge that gap and understand these differences, it strengthens how we interact, collaborate, and solve problems.
Shannon Brennan, director of Schuylkill Technology Center will break down each generation, explain what makes each one tick, and share tips on how to communicate with each other more effectively. Walk away with an entirely new view and appreciation for your colleagues and peers.
