The Center for Education Business & Arts is a community and innovation center with a mission to improve lives and revitalize our communities. This soon-to-open Shenandoah anchor aims to breathe new life into Northern Schuylkill County. CEBA's Impressive Organizations Offer Much-Needed Services & Resources CEBA will be the new home for Downtown Shenandoah, Inc., a nonprofit organization that has successfully provided resources and services to Main Street revitalization. Primary Health Network is moving from its current Shenandoah location to continue and expand and offer high-quality, patient-centered care. The state-of-the-art "Ted and Jean Twardzik Memorial Kitchen" will serve budding entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, and small restaurants who want to start and expand their services. It will also serve as an educational kitchen for healthy eating and cooking classes. The multi-purpose event center is a space for a variety of community events, from team-building programs and career fairs, to celebrations and social gatherings. The Penn State classroom will serve as an extension for Penn State Schuylkill. As you can see, CEBA's impressive organizations will offer much-needed services and resources to our community. Luzerne Schuylkill Earn Joins CEBA We're also thrilled to announce that the Luzerne/Schuylkill County Earn (Employment, Advancement and Retention Network) will provide services in the CEBA building. Part of PA CareerLink Schuylkill County, this program helps public assistance recipients gain skills and provides resources to help them find jobs.
