Downtown Shenandoah Inc., DSI, will receive sealed bids for the property located on adjoining lots at 9 Ferguson Street and 14 South Main Street, Shenandoah, Pennsylvania to pave a parking lot as delineated in the Plans and Specs until 10 AM (prevailing time) on the 10th day of July, 2023, at the offices of DSI located at 116 North Main Street, Shenandoah, Pennsylvania 17976, Phone: (570-462-2060), at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract Documents, including Drawings and General Specifications, are available at the offices of Downtown Shenandoah Inc. where they may be obtained at any time during working hours.
This lot will serve as additional parking for those visiting The Center For Education, Business & Arts.
