Pictures tell the story as construction continues on The Center For Education, Business, & Arts (CEBA). It was a site to see as a crane lifted large steel beams to workers who carefully secured them into place. To date, the weather has cooperated and the team works daily to meet the October, 2025 completion date. Phase One, includes the entire building shell and finishing the commercial kitchen, Penn State classroom, and office space for Workforce Development and Downtown Shenandoah, Inc.
