CEBA will include a commercial kitchen, event center with catering kitchen, Penn State classroom, DSI offices, co-working maker and office spaces. CEBA will be located on Main Street in Shenandoah and will serve the entire Schuylkill County region.
CEBA’s collaborative environment will help to revitalize our communities, fill empty storefronts, and create new jobs. CEBA will also generate visibility within Shenandoah attracting prospective patrons, artists, businesses, and visitors to stimulate local and regional economic development.
