The Center for Education Business & Arts (CEBA) Capital Campaign - Phase II will bring us one step closer to this reality.
This $800,00 campaign will provide funding to obtain the architectural and engineering plans needed to move the project forward toward the final phase.

The Center for Education, Business & Arts (CEBA) is building our future.

CEBA will be a catalyst for economic growth in Schuylkill County. By providing affordable workspaces, education, mentoring and support services for new business ventures in the area, CEBA will:

• Spur economic and job growth in the region by inspiring and supporting entrepreneurship
• Revitalize the area’s underutilized commercial and industrial spaces by running a business incubator to support new ventures as they grow to the point of being sustainable and move into our communities
• Be the central point in the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem for the greater Schuylkill County region

Downtown Shenandoah, Inc.(DSI) started the CEBA project in 2018 and has completed Phase I. Phase I included feasibility studies, conceptual designs, focus group data collection, and acquiring the building site. The final facility design, furnishings, and programming needs are in place.

Now, it’s time for Phase II, and we need your help to raise $800,000 to complete the architectural and engineering plans for the CEBA facility.
